Who is Eligible for the IHG Military Appreciation Rate?
IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering the IHG Military Appreciation Rate to recognize members in our Veterans Advantage community who are enrolled in VetRewards. VetRewards subscriptions offer premium benefits for Veterans Advantage members.
To be an eligible part of our community, you must be an active-duty serviceperson or retired military, current or former member of a reserve component of the United States military, including an Army and Air National Guardsman, reservist, or a military veteran. You’re also eligible for Veterans Advantage and to enroll in VetRewards as an immediate family member, including as a spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son, or daughter of a current or former service member, living or deceased.
With VetRewards, you can easily book your discounted stay directly with IHG through our reservations booking site or the dedicated toll-free IHG phone number for reservations. Upon check-in, IHG participating hotels and resorts will accept your VetRewards Card ID as your proof of military service and qualification for the Military Appreciation Hotel Rate.
As an extra perk, you are eligible to earn loyalty points on your discounted IHG Hotels & Resorts stay through the IHG Rewards Club for use towards free stays in the future.
