Registration of Information:
As a United States Military Veteran, Retired Military, past or present National Guardsman or Reservist, or the immediate family member of the serviceperson, you may register your information with Veterans Advantage, and get immediate access to our program and its financial money-saving benefits through the MEMBERS ONLY area at VeteransAdvantage.com. As a member, it is your obligation to provide accurate registration information and keep your registration information current, which you may self-administer in the private password-protected area of VeteransAdvantage.com in YOUR ACCOUNT pages. You are required to correctly portray you or your family member's military service in all registration information and affirm upon member enrollment that you are entitled to these benefits. We may also request additional documentation for your registration in processing your enrollment or at any time during your membership. There are severe criminal penalties for fraud for financial gain and military veteran imposters, including, but not limited to, felony violations in Federal Law Title 18 of the United States Penal Code, sections 702 and 704, and the Stolen Valor Act. If we find evidence of misrepresentation, we WILL turn the suspected individual over to law-enforcement authorities.
Privacy Policy & Security:
Veterans Advantage respects your right to personal information privacy and places the highest values on security of your personal information. All personal information is kept strictly confidential by Veterans Advantage and will not be shared with any other party, with the exception of federal, state, law enforcement agencies for suspected fraud or criminal investigations. We maintain the highest levels of security protocols for your personal information. We utilize Symantec, the industry-leading encryption service that secures more than 1 million web servers worldwide to secure your data and transactions on the VeteransAdvantage.com website. This is confirmed by the Norton™ Secured Seal, powered by VeriSign displayed through each page of our Website. We are also a CERTIFIED MCAFEE SECURE SITE, so your identification remains secure and will be used only to deliver your membership services. Further, you can be confident in knowing that we are an Authorize.net merchant, a service that provides us with the highest level of transaction processing security and safeguarding of member information. Your 30-day Trial:
As a new member, you may enroll in the Veterans Advantage membership program for a $4.95 processing fee and receive 30-days of full member coverage, without restrictions, including access to the Veterans Advantage Members-Only Web site. Our 30-day Trial offer is not combinable with other new enrollment offers and is a one-time offer for new enrollees only; current or previous expired memberships are not eligible.
Your Immediate Benefit Access:
You will receive member confirmation in your Web browser and in an e-mail to your registered email account, which includes instructions on immediate benefit access, managing your own account settings, and our dedicated toll free phone and online member support.
Your Welcome Kit with VetRewards Card:
Your Welcome Kit is mailed to you via First Class Mail with your personalized VetRewards ID Card, introductory letter from our Founder, and a 60-page Benefits Directory.
Your Subscription Service Plan:
We enroll you in our Subscription Service Plan to provide you the convenience of automatic renewal and avoid the potential financial setbacks of benefit coverage interruption. Members may opt-out and have the choice of manual renewal online or via toll free phone on their one-year, three-year or five-membership at any time. To be eligible for automatic renewal coverage under our Subscription Service plan, you must keep your credit card information up-to date with Veterans Advantage. Veterans Advantage is not responsible for any financial losses, including loss of free member benefits and insurance coverage, for memberships that expire without automatic renewal.
Your Right to Cancel:
If you enroll for a 30-day trial, you may contact us before your 30-day trial completes to cancel your full enrollment for a one-year, three-year or five-membership plan, for any reason and with no penalties. You may also choose to purchase a plan without a 30-day Trial for immediate full membership. However, once you have enrolled and paid for full membership, please understand you have purchased a non-refundable plan for the selected term. As a matter of policy, once we have extended you full membership, Veterans Advantage does not refund any unused membership months on membership plans that have been cancelled. You always have the right to cancel an active account at any time before your term expiration, but if your plan is simply not to renew, we recommend you continue to keep your plan active and enjoy your full plan benefits and coverage for your remaining months until the expiration of your current term.
