The movie, written and directed by J.C. Chandor, his first feature production, is a masterpiece. It is an absolutely must-see film for anyone interested in the roots of the Great Recession. It reinforced for me the feeling that government agencies charged with protecting the public and policing the securities industry (Wall Street) have failed in a host of ways, including failure to punish those who engaged in outright fraud...
