Movie Review: “Jane Eyre” (-)

This beautiful movie with great tableau scenes, particularly of the moors, reminiscent of Heathcliff played by Sir Laurence Olivier in "Wuthering Heights," is a bore. The clothing of all presented are, I'm sure, exact copies of those worn in the days of Queen Victoria, along with the hairstyles, often hidden under absolutely beautiful hair coverings, but after you are swept off your feet by the attention to detail and look for a little passion to sustain your interest, there is none.
